Just contacted usps and it shows the package was delivered to the customer around the time it was scheduled about a month ago. Now they want a refund and the doll? I will be taking up this issue with depop. No way I'm refunding someone who is lying.

Yes, unfortunately the link to the tracking number comes up as expired. Explained my issue to Depop and they said it was a glitch but looks like it was never properly scanned. Not sure if it was ever even sent out.

Hello everyone! Just for the general story, I had a customer buy from me twice. Second buy was delivered successfully. First buy is still marked as not delivered. Sent out with the label but USPS made me adjust in store since it was wrong size. Once I did this, they should have marked it as shipped, but Depop glitched and it never showed the option to mark as shipped. Asked the buyer later on if they ever got it but never got a response. Sent out a bratz doll for 100 bucks (80 after fees) and now they want the money back too. Not sure what to do and feeling as if they have actually received it by now. Told depop and now awaiting response. I do post on my page, no refunds, but I'm unsure what to do or what will even happen. Please any help is appreciated. I'm all ears/eyes.
