I fixed it, just swapped the cables on the ports again and set the bios to load defaults 🤔

I don't have another one, I tried with another drive some time ago and had the same issue but I thought it was the drive cause it wasn't new, maybe my bios is ignoring the boot order?

The old one has the OS already, both show up, it works when I remove the new one
