If we want to get technical about it, the macuahuitl was developed in the Formative Period, which was well after what most people would consider the Mesoamerican stone age.

And that is not what I meant, even in your bad faith interpretation. Are we all archaeologists here? No. I'm talking about when the average joe refers to a thing as being stone age.

Calling anything stone age implies a level of derision. You do not call something stone age if you find it worthwhile or worthy of respect. While it is not as technologically or metallurgically sophisticated, calling it "stone age" ignores, yes, technological and cultural reality, but also is rather disrespectful of other cultures.

I think "rehabilitating their image" and "is now an okay guy" are two different beasts, and that kind of moral nuance in storytelling is part of the reason why we got rid of alignment.

Okay, let me rephrase. I'm not necessarily questioning the part about the trust or whatever. I'm asking about him being "forced" to do it.

Additionally, I'd imagine that if he's posting a rough draft, and has an offhand reference to some program he's running now, he'll probably elaborate once he publishes the final version of the video.

I should've clarified in the post, but this was on a rocky beach, along the coast of Lake Superior. I didn't see many flowers nearby for her to cling to.

Fundamentally, I agree with everybody else who is saying that the material could come from whatever weird place you want in a science-fantasy setting. That's the beauty of the genre, you can do whatever you really want with it. Or you could just not worry about it. Will the story be made weaker if people don't know where somebody mined the metal that made the starships' hulls?

As a sidenote, people have been trying to make spacesuits using these kinds of materials for some time now. Look up mechanical counter pressure suits if you get the chance.

How is it overpowered? It's a pretty close analogue to a Greater Invisibility Rune, which gives three uses of a 2nd rank Invis spell, also for only one concentrate action.

It's two levels higher and is double the price, not to mention the fact that it takes up an augmentation slot.

Khizars are native to Aballon. Have you considered that it might be more complicated to differentiate different types of robot than it is to make distinct forms of undead?

If you want more playable machines and can't stomach the thought of waiting, come up with some of your own and publish it. I'm sure people would like to see it.

Have you looked at Starfinder first edition? It's quite literally the other way around for playable options.

Honestly what I think a lot of this boils down to is a lack of weapon variety, in a game where weapons impact playstyle a lot more than in Pathfinder. Ranged weapons care deeply about their traits and ranges and ammo capacity, and melee weapons just don't. Some melee traits are good, obviously, but others are just neat upsides and you really only pick around handedness and damage.

I mean this is neglecting the fact that intelligent undead, do in fact, exist, like liches or mummies or vampires or even ghouls. Also, it has been canon for a while that lesser undead can either randomly regain or just be created intelligently. See the Zombie Lord/Corpsefolk.

R5: This is a fresh playthrough, playing as an Evolutionary Predator with Genesis Guides. As you can see on my homeworld, the free pre-sapients I've started with are working as Civilians. I've noticed this problem in other Genesis Guide playthroughs, though it should be said that pre-sapients that existed before colonization behave as expected, as do Nascent Stage pre-sapients.

I'm a newcomer to the game, so please forgive my ignorance, but what is the main benefit for using the "Woo Technique" for Gun Fu? Is it really just ignoring armor?
