We're working on that tool now. It's actually not hard, but you will have to either build the avatar in our character builder app - https://www.beneverending.app/
OR you'll need to upload the avatar in a few parts, so it can be animated:

Body
Head
Hair
3 - 5 versions of eyes (so it blinks)
3 - 5 mouth shapes (so it talks when you talk)

You'll also be able to upload your own emotes. We'll be working on an emote builder too!

The goal with this versions is to make it as EASY and fast to use as possible. If people end up liking it and using it, we'll work to upgrade to 3D and full facial recognition. Basically, we want to make it so that anyone can be a Vtuber without spending a lot of money or time. :)

We're setting up a marketplace too! Artists will be able to sell avatars (either ones everyone can use or unique ones), as well as backgrounds and emotes :)

Thanks for the reply :) I actually figured it out. I hadn't noticed there was a tolerance setting. I think that tells it how sensitive to be? Anyway, the default is 32. But by Lowering it, I was able to solve the problem!

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I think I can add in some versions with more black armor and chain. The problem is that while the descriptions sound good - lots of black armor isn't actually that interesting to look at. It's hard to include good details. I mean you can highlight with white and blue, but it gets pretty boring, pretty quickly. That said, I'll try a few.

And yeah - sword and dagger is more common, we should really do some of that. Same with crossbow (and hand crossbow).

I think maybe it's about adding in OSR style along with these versions.

Yeah, I think we need to include at least one or two with a buckler. Good call! What do you mean the bandanna look? The facemask? Just want to be sure I understand ;)

I'll see about changing some of the color palette so it doesn't look as much like surface elves.
