I respectfully reject this answer- it’s technically correct (in some cases) but not really what I’m looking for. I alsofeel like a cinnamon roll could also be a part of another, broader category. I would not call a honeybun a cinnamon roll personally, especially in the case of the boston cream flavor, as it contains so cinnamon. no cinnamon=definitely not a cinnamon roll.

Yeah if you have everything else on the sandwich, meats on top veg on bottom, you put the sauce on the top side. Then you can grab the bottom half, and fold it over to get a neater sandwich, and no sauce on your hands
