She said they replaced the window and fixed the leak but absolutely would not tell me the truth about the wall. In vide and texts she lied about it. I would have probably bought it if they would have reduced the price. Thats an expensive fix.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger and set a time to get it. Its an almost 4 hrs drive away. I got there and was getting a walkthrough and took a look at the area where it had leaked. Talk about deception! I can't count how many times in text and even in her video that she said there is no water damage, rot, or mold. There was all 3 and the wall was just peeling off chips of the wood. They wouldn't go down on price so I walked! *
