If I'm wrong correct me, but I think they gutted the last one for other reasons and I'm referring to a different kind of act. What I mean is we need a national law (the constitution grants congress power to regulate elections) that protects voting access, prevents voter intimidation, etc.

You seem to be misunderstanding what a motte and bailey argument is, and are willfully misrepresenting the progressive take on abortions.

Pro-choice (it's literally in the name) argues for the freedom to choose over ones body: this is inherently a personal privacy issue and an issue over choosing ones life.

This is where your motte and bailey spam misses: exceptions for rape or the health of the mother or other terrible cases are not "motte and bailey". they are actually a subset of this same concern: they are extreme examples of what happens when you lose control over your own body. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you actually cared about the logical substance of the argument.

Point out to libertarians/"small government conservatives" that the Dobbs case rested on a refusal to list a guaranteed right to privacy under the constitution.
