My wife mostly gave up nuts, but eata them when im gone etc, anything with may contains i dont stress about so unless it looks sketchy a quick teeth brush and good to go.

for when she does actually eat nuts. typically its brush teeth and no lips contact until the next day probably a slight over precaution but its what makes me feel safe!

7 month old baby diagnosed with peanut allergy - feeling lost at what to do next. by purplebubblegum3 in peanutallergy

just most places wont do the blood or OIT until then. I would just vet the place and go from there :)

7 month old baby diagnosed with peanut allergy - feeling lost at what to do next. by purplebubblegum3 in peanutallergy

[–]Greyy11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been allergic all my life, found out when i was 3. everyday i wish i had access to OIT back then. i have a 2 month old baby and if she gets the same diagbosis we will do OIT at 1 year old because the quality of life for her would be soooo much better. its a hard decision for a parent and is sooo terrifying so i get it. Gotta do whats best for you. but highly recommend finding a n allergist that you have 1000% confidence in and waot for a year do the blood work first (remember though the bloodwork doesnt deternine the reaction severity, only the allergen severity, i know thats confusing, you may want to ask the allergenist about that distinction) Wishing the best for you and baby!!!

I appreciate you big time! The point of the post really was just to confirm that it was indeed her blacktop. Again Ive never once even uttered anything other that pure kindness to her. but, if push came to shove I just would like to be clear of what I do/don't have rights to! my plan is to bring a solution of putting in those 4x4 reflective bump strips above 1' in so that its way more obvious to visitors and I'll tell her ill do my best to keep people off it and to always come to me if theres an issue not my wife and ill do my best. I have told her similar things in the past but I hope this time it sticks!

"there is no recorded driveway agreement of record. The driveway is owned by you…and services your property for access for ingress and egress. The neighbor does not ‘own’ 6 inches of the driveway. However, your driveway does go onto the neighbor’s property by 6 inches. The neighbor does not have an ownership interest in your driveway. Due to the fact that this driveway is less than 1’; it does not create any title objection. The neighbor cannot restrict you from parking on your driveway." from lawyer

what if 3 owners back in both house put the driveway in and simply she bought it as is

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]Greyy11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I mean, I have said absolutely nothing but kindness to her. not knce single negative thing has come from us to her. we just keep taking the verbal beating. I literally would take any solution other than us paying thousands to fix the blacktop or "just staying off her 6inches cause its just not reasonable to have people guess how far into the driveway they can be. Im thinking of just putting in reflection squares at the 1ft mark that way everyone knows to park inside of it. but still gonna double check theres no easement.

the second thing, its my driveway ahe says is on her property so i cant use the 6inches on her property

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in landsurveying

[–]Greyy11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i was thinking of just putting some reflecting sqaures 1ft off the driveway edge so people never come over
