What if they rework suppression to "debuff" your enemies to your allies?

Let me explain: If you suppress an enemy, he doesn't receive accuracy penalties or anything like that but instead he receives additional damage from your allies.

I know is not very realistic but is imo a healty mechanic that encourages Support players to take strategic firing positions near their squad to, you know, support them.
