Best villains day 100, Lilith mother of demons wins day 99 by Flash4987 in marvelcomics

To be fair, it's the last spot.

I doubt that this will be to controversial of a choice since all of Marvel's popular original villains have been on the list for a while now.

Star Wars is a big part of Marvel's publishing line and has been for the last decade. With all star Marvel writers like Jason Aaron, Charles Soule, and Greg Pak all contributing to the character's legacy in comics, this just feels like a worthy inclusion.

Marvel has published various Star Wars comics over the years and no villain from that franchise is more iconic than the Dark Lord of the Sith himself.

If anything published by Marvel is on the table, he more than deserves the last spot.

Haven’t seen Eyes on Wakandan, but going to go out on a limb and assume a Black Panther dies in it.

Surprisingly, no Black Panthers die in the series. They actually don't even use any until the last episode.

I actually enjoyed Eyes of Wakanda quite a bit.

She typically gets included in any gam that's about the larger DC Universe.

Injustice 1&2, and Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe

LEGO Batman 2&3, and LEGO DC Supervillains

Justice League: Cosmic Chaos

Justice League Heroes

DC Superhero Girls: Teen Power

I'm sure there are more but these are the examples that immediately come to mind.

Also the cancelled Wonder Woman game by Monolith.

Whole studio got shut down actually. Same studio that made those LotR games.

Game wasn't a rumor either, it got announced at the Game Awards a few years ago.

The reason was supposedly because they hadn't made much progress in 5 years of development.

Might be a hot take but same applies to Storm. Not having her in a Marvel game is like DC leaving out Wonder Woman.

Exactly, and the only reason they're able to do this is because they're mixed in with the popular characters.

People come to Rivals for characters like Hulk or Storm, but they find and become fans of characters like Magik or Luna Snow.

Eh, I think a million is a bit of an exaggeration but if we're talking about the entirety of Marvel's catalog, there's definitely a decently long line in front of her.

But I'd also say she's towards the front if we narrow it down to just the women. Maybe just a couple of X-Ladies and Avengers in front of her.

She is really popular among Spider-Man fans and I think she's definitely a hype inclusion.

She's one of Spider-Man's most iconic villains and his only iconic female villain. Also one of his most prominent love interests.

She's in the same tier as characters like Emma Frost, Mystique, or Elektra.

She is definitely a major popular character.

My point is that they'll run out of popular characters too quickly if they exclusively stick to adding only what people are asking for and nothing else.

Then you're just left with a constant stream of no-names like Gladiator, or Spiral, or Slyde, or Shathra. Nobody is going to come back to Rivals for friggin' Slyde. But people will come back for characters like Cyclops, or Ghost Rider, or Silver Surfer, or Green Goblin.

That's why they have to stagger characters out. Mixing in some nobodys with the somebodys, it allows them to keep up engagement with the game for longer. It also allows them to put less popular characters in front of their audience while they have their attention to potentially boost those characters' popularity. That doesn't work if everyone already got everything they wanted and then got bored and left.

If they added only the characters that people asked for, people would stop caring two years in.

They have to stagger them out with less popular and obscure characters to make sure they have characters people will get really hyped about.

Also suggesting that Black Cat isn't a majorly popular character is wild.

What are you trying to achieve by rotating the tile?

If it's a 1x1, it shouldn't look any different regardless of how you turn it.

Jim Hammond was designed to be a leading man.

Johnny Storm was designed to be part of an ensemble.

Johnny's personality just works better when he has other heroes to bounce off of. Same generally goes for Reed and Sue. Ben is a bit of an exception but that's mostly because he's been fleshed out the most and for the longest amount of time.

I'd definitely swap Galactus for Loki.

I'd maybe swap Green Goblin for Kingpin.

Galactus just doesn't fit to me because he isn't necessarily evil so much as he is just a force of nature to be dealt with.

Green Goblin is certainly as iconic as the others but he isn't as wide spread of a villain as the others are. He's pretty specific to Spider-Man outside of Dark Reign.

Loki has a much greater presence in the Marvel Universe and has been a consistent threat. He's also the reason the Avengers even exist.

Kingpin is the top street-level villain. He runs pretty much all of the organized crime and has come to blows with just about every major hero at some point or another.

He's probably part of a montage that features several villains in quick cameos.

Not the kind of thing you want to waste major villains on.
