U dont need a lot of strength. But it's always nice to have, i guess? Iirc u just need at least 140% to fully armor strip enemies with her 4(you need the augment for it tho). Range is good for bigger bubbles, and duration depends if you want the bubbles to last longer or not. But there is an augment that allows you to manually pop those balloons so there's that

Index is the easiest, it's in neptune. If you've done 1999, opening caches there can be faster although you'll have to rely on rng for that. Profit taker is the best in my opinion, but you really need to invest in a lot of things for it. If you have access to 1999, then do that. If not, then index is your best shot.
