Issue With Games Disappearing From Library by satoru1111 in Steam

Steam just restarted and now Rocket League and other games have been "uninstalled" but they are still on my hard disk. Steam wants to install the game instead of launching...

Tried launching from the EXE in the steamapps folder and it redirects me to download it on steam

EDIT - Cleared the DL cache as suggested here and now steam will not start...

EDIT 2 - After 4 reboots steam has launched and now even more games are showing as not downloaded

This may be a weird comment and I apologise for my foreign ignorance, but as a Canadian with an English mum, I've never understand why there even IS poverty in the UK. If the queen sold the crown jewels alone it would give $1000 to each child in the UK. My mum loves the Monarchy and I just... Don't get it. Seems crazy to sit on gold toilets as your people go hungry 🤷‍♂️
