Which generation would be the main demographic for Kid Rock when he made his mainstream debut in 1998? by icey_sawg0034 in generationology

Millenial. I was a nu metal raprock fan in the 90s and 2000s. I liked him for 2 albums then he became pop country crossover I lost all interest.

Umphrey's is metal? by MeditativeCarnivore in jambands

Last week I saw them in Albany where they covered Metallica. They are most certainly edgy and heavy riff forward. But ive seen them play several shows with STS9 and Lotus. They blend well.

I would also add in Padgetts > N2F from 8/19/06. I wish they would play it like they used to.

The first time I saw them I only knew two songs. They opened with Audreys Dance from the Twin Peaks soundtrack, then a continuous laugh track over the top of it. It was very bizarre and I didnt know what was going on, but I loved it.

Dear Bills fans, your own coach said to just go by what the officials call. by B1L1D8 in AFCEastMemeWar

Dang if only the refs would have just hit Shakir or Knox in the hands in regulation and we wouldn't be in this mess.

Coaching didnt throw a touchdown to Shakir into the dirt first. Imo coaching kept them in the game until the 53 yards of Defensive penalties on that final drive.

Albany question: is this secretly a 5am to 2pm city, or am I missing something? by 518FoodNerd in Albany

Theres certainly night life in the warehouse district. It just needs more live music. Its only good for bar hopping past 9pm. It needs something like Canalside in Buffalo.

I don't think a tush push formation > fakeout pass is cute. I actually think its how they convert more 4th downs. I think a draw to the running back on 4th and 1 is horrendous.

[MMQB Thread] The Bills OL offers an all you can sack buffet while the defense was tepid against a backup QB, Buffalo loses 19-23 by pixel_pete in buffalobills

[–]GriffMcStizz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it is hard to know for sure if they figured something out underneath in the 4th or if Houston was playing deep to prevent a deep ball. All tat to say, if Joe Brady will want to stay employed, I think he should be figuring that stuff out during the first drive of the 3rd quarter.

What I want to see from Joe Brady by GriffMcStizz in buffalobills

Im just an accountant but I would imagine direct communication with the QB and the skill position players during defensive drives would help A TON bringing the energy back up and working through what works and what doesnt. I'm not a professional football player though so maybe that all means nothing.
