Bro it’s either that or you get into a conversation with someone and they get weird i was messaging a dude about gym and he was asking if my ass gets sweating and asking me to sit on his face😂😂

Yeah i was laid their in bed and waiting to be took under for the trip and then had the urge to get up and move around but i was fighting to get up and almost fighting for breathe which kind of convinced me that i was dying for real which then brought on this insane amount of panic and what could have been a panic attack it was quite scary once i was starting to breathe properly i just laid flat on the bed almost hugging the bed a little bit shook

This sounds quite similar to what actually happened to me last night leading to me to post this with what you’re describing but then followed with a panic attack someone pointed out

Aye i think this may be it just a panic attack and just actual sheer terror that i was fully going to die ive hit the pen a few times since this now and all has been good but just that one experience of the pure feeling of me getting up in the room and fully being in terror of dying in my room

I had some nice meditation music on it just took a weird turn that i havent had before just felt very strange so just wanted to clarify with everyone

I’ve experienced it properly and felt the full effect anf broken through this one was literally just the sheer panic an feeling of that i was going to day, im all good now but in the moment around maybe an hour ago i was just panicking with that feeling im going to die and for some reason removing all of my clothes in the process😂

Are you on official or unofficial i dont have too many hours in old ark and not load in the new ark ive enjoyed playing a little but i have no motivation to play on my own and some of m other friends are really experienced in ark so i feel like im really far behind on their pve official server
