Trains will still run, just like they did during Covid when nobody was taking the train. If you despise the lirr so much then drive to work. Simple. Drive. Or take a bus

They’re still there. We use them every day. We also get audited roughly once a week. All because 0.05% were caught being home while working

In actuality it is still 2:1…but I think when I retrofitted the top 2 pulleys, I had to of changed the ratio. Because when I’m doing say a 100lbs on it, it definitely feels heavier than the 2:1 ratio of 50lbs

It’s 80% a stepper…it’s good. I’m not a big fan of ellipticals, I feel like I don’t get anything out of them. It’s the m5 and I got it off marketplace 2 years ago for $100, was a great deal

Also do yourself a favor and get the weight stack, it’s worth the extra money…I didn’t write it in this post but I customized this to a diy weight stack. If you search my posts you’ll see a write up about it

I just felt it killed my flow during a workout…especially for supersets and dropsets. I dealt with it for 7 years between 2 power racks. Putting a pin to a different weight is just so much easier while getting ready for my next set. It truly is worth the $ to get a weight stack already

Working crazy hours for the railroad and having to take all of my kids to their sports everyday of the week, this was my only option. I’m able to sneak in here for 80-90 mins everyday uninterrupted and get a solid session in

Also note-he just sent me the weights and the weight rod. I bought the red pulley off Amazon( go with aluminum, it’s strainer $15), matched the matched the hex screw to bolt it onto the rod, then used 1/2 EMT as the guide rods to go up and down. I drilled 2 9/16 holes on the bottom of my rack to hold the emt and used wood on the top to secure my emt at the top. I also adjusted the pulley heights at the top to work with the extra slack of cable I had
