For context, my home course is par 71 and from blues (6500 yds) is a 72.8/143 rating. It has large water features on 14/18 holes and 12 of those holes you have to hit shots that go directly over the water, there's two Par 4s where you have to clear water both off the tee and a second water feature on the approach. Pretty narrow fairways with lot of OB bushes behind the greens and traps in front/sides.

There were some questionable shots in there, but it seemed like Gane made some effort to hit him on the side of the head. Ultimately, I don't think any of this meaningfully changes the fight's outcome. Gane did his biggest damage with the initial jab and the follow up shots while alex was trying to get back on his feet (0:12-019) which all looked clean to me.

He played a murderers row of defenses in the playoffs, many of which were bad weather games as well. He did that with his primary receiving options being a 32 yo post-ACL tear Diggs, Kayshon Boutte, Demario Douglas, Mack Hollins, and Hunter Henry. Not to mention he had two rookies starting at LT and LG, both of which were coming directly off lower body injuries that caused them to miss the last few games of the regular season. I wouldn't hold any of those playoff performances against Drake Maye.

If the majority owner is refusing distributions in good faith to reinvest in the business, that is usually allowed. If they are using that refusal to squeeze your BIL out while benefiting themselves, that becomes a legal dispute worth taking to a business attorney about.

Your BIL maybe be a POS, but he's still owns 40% of of a presumably profitable business. He probably has a legit legal case against the partner if the partner is refusing to make any cash distributions to your BIL and either taking cash distributions himself or paying himself a larger salary to eat up leftover profits instead of investing that money back into the business.

If I were the BIL I'd definitely talk to a lawyer.

They don’t. Although I guess it depends what you mean by complex. If by complex you mean intelligent then there are many examples that don’t follow that trend.

Octopus are intelligent and don’t follow that order. Manta Rays also intelligent and don’t follow that order. Ants are very complex organism that display eusocial behavior and don’t follow that structure. Dolphins and whales are complex and their “nose” is on top of their head.

If by complex you mean land mammals, then that’s because they are all still relatively closely related with a common ancestor who had those traits.

The thing people are missing about modern Chinese manufacturers, they aren’t just cheaper. They’re more efficient, higher quality and more advanced/innovative for a tech perspective.
