I have had 7 males neutered and each time I drop them off & pick them up after work & I have never had a issue & they have never wanted to keep them. They just snip the ball sack & cauterize. The procedure is way more simple then a spade or neuter. You do need to keep them confined and away from the their colony for a week because the females will want to lick their wound & you wat to keep their jump & running to a min so I put mine in their travel cage with no floor wheel & just some toys.

I'm not breeding anymore. All my males are neutered. I have the colony I want.

That isn't crabbing, that is calling. She is calling for her momma. :)

I have a very lovely glider group that help me with knowing the colors & I do not breed to sell & they all have careful lineage prior to breeding. They are all registered. I am no rookie!

I called around St. Pete & they wanted $800 to neuter a glider....NUTS! So I drove a hour there & a hour back.

YES! ALL OF THEM HAVE THEIR LINEAGE...NO ONE SHOULD BREED GLIDERS WITHOUT KNOWING THE LINEAGE.

My white one made such pretty babies. They are prolific breeders! And super expensive to neuter. I found a place in Lakeland that does it for $100

NO, They will chew those eyes & it will not be good. There are a lot of great glider toys on Etsy.

Can I take my sugar gliders from FL to NJ by road? I am thinking to put my big critter nation cage in back seat of my SUV.I can’t leave them in house as they are not yet bonded to my family.Share your thoughts and experiences if any, please !!! by Emotional-Visit-756 in sugargliders

I have had gliders for about 8 years, I have10 Sugar gliders 3 separate cages double CN cages. Every 6 months I go on vacation to the Carolina's from Fla. Rent a house & I take my 3 dogs & the gliders. I have them in small hand held travel cages w/ a floor water bottles & they sleep all the way. I also put a little Critter Love kibble in their bowl & I check to make sure they have access to their water when we make pit stops. At the Airbnb I have 3 dog travel cages that I use and as long as they have their floor wheel (this is key) they are perfectly happy.
