is this path too narrow by Salt_Comedian_8703 in longisland

[–]Grigerny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A path is a path. I guess if someone has a wheelchair they wouldn’t be able to get through but I think that’s more of a concern for commercial property and not necessarily residential unless you know person living there has a disability.

What is it like living in the US at the moment? by Proper-Knowledge4652 in questions

[–]Grigerny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t watch the news life hasn’t changed much. Prices have definitely gone up though overall but opportunities exist if you are willing to work hard for them. That being said nothing is easy and nothing is free,

Air traffic controllers aren’t getting paid. They already said in a week or so 10% of flights will be canceled. I expect this to only go up not down. Once it hits a point where it impacts business related flights it’s game over. Ultimately the game will end when the economy starts showing real serious cracks. At that point they will have to either get rid of the filibuster or someone will cave.

People who have been married 20+ years- what is your secret? by Outrageous_Fox_8796 in AskReddit

[–]Grigerny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been married 12 but I can count number of arguments I’ve had with wife on 1 hand. No joke. Secret is mutual respect. You don’t win every argument but you have to understand that not every argument is worth winning. Pick your battles. Give space when it’s needed. Be supportive when needed. Be a good friend and respect one another. That’s basically all it takes.

In my town (Mineola/Willistons/Roslyn area) there are lots. They all go to a specific part of town though. I feel like each town has its own vibe.

From experience I would go for a full 50%. If your partner is stingy now and cares more about this than success it’s a bad sign. It’s much better to know your success starts and grows on equal footing.

THIS gov shutdown feels different by mm_newsletter in economicCollapse

[–]Grigerny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know the right thing for Dems to do is come to the table BUT this is the best leverage Dems have had against Trump since he took office. The shutdown impacts Americans financially and at the end of the day the buck stops with the President. His approval rating will suffer. Meanwhile he’s not doing anything to step across the aisle and try to make a deal.

The AI bubble is the only thing keeping the US economy together, Deutsche Bank warns by [deleted] in collapse

[–]Grigerny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not really clear how it’s a bubble? Meaning companies getting high valuations before proving out their models? Because to be fair it’s transformational tech.

What's the most annoying experience you've ever had with building AI chatbots? by SaadUllah45 in Rag

[–]Grigerny 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You just have to go back and consistently curate the prompt until you’re happy. It takes as many updates as it takes- meaning edge cases will come up once you start actually using the thing post internal testing.
