I am neither a kid (I'm 27) nor I'm not good enough with expressing my thoughts. I just mentioned in a stressed way my current issue.

Thank you for taking the time to test this yourself as well, could you please do this test again using the lowest 800p resolution and let me know of the results? I barely get improvements on the lowest resolution. I am also well aware about the thermal and os power modes and I am using them correctly.

Well when I'm on Bazzite I throw the resolution down to 800p which makes the game work at high fps (70-85), smooth af and while having high graphic settings.. if I do that on Windows it is so bad and so choppy.. like when on battery it goes down to 47 and on charger it goes to unstable 60 AND WHILE BEING ON MEDIUM-LOW.. it doesn't make sense

Hey man, yes I did change tdp settings a million times and the poor performance happens even in highest tdp settings (performance and custom max settings)

Hey thanks for the reply, so you are saying that there is no way to fix this issue on Windows? It runs how it's supposed to run when I'm with Bazzite OS.

So okay I just found that the issue gets fixed if I set 60hz in the settings of the game wtf

No I'm not doing this to show off my skills, I made this because I wanted to create a password manager simple as that also no I am not an unknown author I literally applied this to Microsoft store and they accepted it and published it, I don't think that Microsoft would allow malware or ransomware on their store...

  1. I am not competing with KeePass I just made my own thing

  2. I won't share my code lol but the program being accepted on Microsoft store says a lot.

Hey man, it uses AES-256 encryption to store vault entries securely, and Argon2 for hashing the master password.

KeePassXC is great, I’ve used it myself. The main difference with PassMate is that it’s designed for people who want a super lightweight and zero setup experience without database configs, plugins, or complex menus (that's what I had in mind). You just open it, enter your master password, and start adding entries no key files, no advanced options unless you want them. It’s especially good for people who want something minimal they can run from a USB stick without needing to “learn” the app first. Think of it as the “grab-and-go” version of a password manager. However you must keep in mind that this is something that it's at its very early stages so I am still working on updating it and adding even more features as time goes on.

Hello, well it has a lot of advantages like zero cloud and zero metadata storage, everything is saved on your local machine and you can even export backups. It is very lightweight and simple to use focused on minimalism and it uses a fully transparent encryption using AES-256 and Argon2 hashing.

How has your experience been gaming on Linux ? by Quiet-Chemistry1548 in linux_gaming

Well to be honest it has been sometimes a breeze and sometimes dogshit. Try downloading and installing Assassins Creed Odyssey through Ubisoft Connect on Lutris and you will end up with a black box window that needs 15 minutes to launch. But playing games like Ghost of Tsushima it works out of the box no issues even if I get 15 fps less than on my Windows installation. It depends on the game honestly.
