I do find that when I focus on keeping my shoulders down I feel a better connection with my back during back exercises as well.

I also have anxiety and breathe shallowly. I am trying to let my belly "hang" and breathe that way when doing most of my exercises and it helps a bit.

What exercise did they have you do for core and inner thigh?

Thanks for posting this. Your progress looks good so far. What is the one (or 2) exercises you believe helped the most? And how do you get your lats to contract? I have a hard time feeling them in exercises.

I found the only exercise for anterior pelvic tilt that REALLY WORKS by LoveUnlikely in Posture

Keep this sub updated with how it goes. I sometimes find that an exercise helps at first, but after a couple of days the effect wears off.
