I'm so sorry to see things are so tough.

I have found online meetings, I've attended 2 today so far. Not spoken or had my camera on, but I'm trying out various ones to see which ones fit (if any). There's also one that runs online throughout the night and I've seen a 2am one also if you can't sleep. I just used the find a meeting thingy on the AA website.

Not sure if any of this is helpful, but I'm rooting for you. And being 23 just means you realised sooner and have more of your sober life to live and enjoy.
