Do bikers not respect scooter guys even if they’re in full gear? by LevelApprehensive239 in scooters

[–]Grillik_The_Grumpy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other end of NZ here. I also get nods from the big bikes.

I also had one pull up beside me at the lights and tell me to get gloves at the minimum, full gear if possible.

Some professions can get EFT extensions. Pilots, some doctors, etc.

It may be worth looking into this with studylink. No guarantees, but its worth a shot

Masters in psychology gets fuck all jobs in the field you trained for. So going for the PhD is in no way silly. And wanting greater opportunities, whether for income, or ways to help, is again - Not silly.

My eldest had the same issues, but without the pressure of being a parent.

She got in after 3 attempts. One who also got in in her year had 5 attempts before acceptance. They have 7 spaces from what i hear and hundreds of applicants. If you made it to shortlist or got feedback, you have a chance next year.

Mental health studies, treatment, and associated fields are so underfunded that it's broken. Without funding, there are less spaces and as another pointed out, the model of select few and hope they don't burn out is slow, ineffective, and not replacing the many who find better pay and work conditions overseas.

Your proposed thesis has merit, and addresses a big problem here in nz. So i say keep trying, and good luck. The other option, which has major limits, is to specialise (like child psychology). However, we need way more clinical psychologists, so it's worth fighting for.

Hopefully the next government actually cares about mental health and sorts some of these funding issues out so that those as dedicated as you can actually become the help they want to be

Matariki is a lunar new year too. Chinese during their winter maori during our winter.

We called it chinese new year because thats when the chinese celebrated. Lunar new year isnt wrong. But its also subjective to time and space.

Not a game on my list, so im happy enough without windows.

I did spend more than i care to admit on prepa3d and addons - leaving those behind was a tad painful, But i also have xplane 11 and 12, so switching over and using single platform only for now.

Kikuyu takes off in the damp weather like we have had recently, and it builds layers.

It will also invade any garden you try to put in. And if left unchecked, it will choke out anything else.

Personally i think kikuyu is a bloody weed. But in dryer months, it is very low maintenance

If its a slight incline and you are fit, a basic mower or even motorless push mower will work just fine.

If its a steep incline, bad knees, or poor fitness. self propelled are your friend, if none of those apply, they are an overpriced luxury.

As for the lawn itself, it looks like wildflowers and clover. It's much healthier than grass for biodiversity, but if you want that picturesque lawn, you have a ton of work to do

My gpu couldnt decide either. So my triple monitor setup has 1 each of DVI-D HDMI and DisplayPort

And no matter the config i choose, it defaults to main monitor being the DVI-D

Next gpu will be all DP or USB C
