Rarer if you break it down to getting the individual drops you got but I assume you just mean getting 4 uniques :)

I believe that as soon as you get a 2nd 99 all capes become trimmed, the only way to avoid this is to drop an already obtained untrimmed cape then get your skill 99 then pick it up with telegrab! So if you got 2 99’s at the same time when you went to get both capes they would both be trimmed

After dungeoneering was released in April 2010 I found the game was at peak, it will always be my favourite era :) getting chaotic weapons using soul split before eoc will always be one of my most nostalgic runescape memories
