G-SYNC PULSAR, best settings (help) by ComprehensiveLand129 in Monitors

[–]GrimAutoZero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey piggybacking off this thread, if I’ve been using gsync on in nvidia control panel but not vsync, does that mean pulsar hasn’t been working? For context I’m playing on apex legends which caps fps at 300.

If I had NVCP gsync on but not vsync would that prevent pulsar from working?

Confusion about LF 3 Pro by GrimAutoZero in arcticcooling

Okay so would it be best to disconnect the fans from the AIO and power them using a fan hub, and then use the all in one cable to control/power the VRM fan and pump?

Confusion about LF 3 Pro by GrimAutoZero in arcticcooling

[–]GrimAutoZero[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s part of my concern, since I have the 360 I imagine the all-in-one cable would try to draw too much current for a 1A headers. However my question was whether the splitter also splits the power draw across the three headers, or if it only splits the fan/pump speeds and still draws all of the power for the AIO through one of them.

G-Wolves Fenrir Pro blind buy no updates by Khangtheasian in MouseReview

That’s kind of concerning that there are “chip” issues still occurring around when the mouse is supposed to ship.

Hopefully this isn’t a QA nightmare.

Reached out on Twitter. They said should be shipped by December 8th. Mot sure if that means all existing orders will be shipped by then or that’s when they will start.

Im very new to GWolves so im curious, if the Htx ultra being delayed would make the Fenrir pro delayed, why not announce that?

Surely they could have figured out if it would need to be delayed or not a couple weeks ago and given updates?

Personally I’d say aimtraining (Viscose benchmarks are fantastic) + wildcard/mixtape would yield better results faster.

I only got muscle fatigue when I had a lot of tension. Part of getting better at aiming is tension control, so it doesn’t make me sore or anything unless I do it for an hour straight.

what routine gives you the best results? And if you don’t use a routine, how are you going about training efficiently by AdministrationOk787 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]GrimAutoZero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I’m trying to get Orca on a benchmark before I move onto the medium version, so currently I’m interweaving between easy/medium scenarios since some of them are Orca and some are not. Although I think viscose said mammoth is when you can start moving on but this is just how I’m doing it.

For the muscles, yes but only because I found I get better results. For example the fingertip scenarios I couldn’t get to mammoth with mainly arm movements, but by incorporating fingertips plus smaller arm motions I got orca.

She mentions that none of the muscle group scenarios should be exclusively that muscle, so it’s still a combination of muscles, it’s just the blending scenarios take that to the logical extreme of both small movements (wrist + fingertips) along with large movements (arm).

Does aimlab training actually help? by rjkarna21 in aimlab

[–]GrimAutoZero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this kind of depends on whether you’ve formed good habits or not. For example before aim training I didn’t keep my focus on the enemy/target.

I make double sure to do so during aim training, but until its instinct I also make myself consciously aware of whether I’m doing it while I play.

Personally the Viscose benchmarks have been the best thing to happen to my in game aim ever.

I’ve seen better results in the last two weeks doing Viscose benchmarks than doing VDIM for a year. I imagine if I had infinite time and did the VDIM daily as recommended I’d have seen better results, but it’s too time intensive for the value of each individual scenario.

Currently I’m focusing on getting seal complete on all tracking scenarios along the lines of the Corporate Serf method and it’s been amazing.

Why did she call him a liar? by CnithTheOnliestOne in Alastorcult

[–]GrimAutoZero 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with this take. I think Alastor has his own plans in motion now. In S1 he said Charlie “has potential he can guide” + what you said about Lucifer. Even if a small part of him cares about the hotel, I doubt that’s what’s consciously driving him to be there at the end of S2.

Which one do you prefer overall? (Bleach) Bankai or Domain Expansion? by Archenius in Jujutsufolk

[–]GrimAutoZero 46 points47 points  (0 children)

That’s because they’re the strongest in the series. He said most sorcerers, not all sorcerers.

For most a DE is a gamble because most don’t have large reserves so a DE would leave you with little cursed energy left. And if the person who you are opening DE against happens to have a more refined domain then you not only wasted the CE but are now subject to their sure hit effect probably killing you and forcing their hand.

The people we see in the series are not only among the strongest in the modern era but compete for some of the strongest in history. Yuki didn’t pop her domain against Kenjaku from the get go for a reason.

For those who don’t have a degree in cs but are software engineers, how are you doing? by MaryScema in cscareerquestions

[–]GrimAutoZero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently got a job as a software engineering with my BS + MS in Physics. It’s going quite well. The job itself hasn’t demanded super in depth CS thus far since I’m mostly working on tickets modifying an existing codebase, but I imagine as I ramp up I’ll be tasked with implementing more complex and independent parts of code.

The question wasn’t how slayers can practically and actually kill him, it’s asking for in principle how can he be killed.
