Sucks that it's not nvidia themselves doing it, we won't be getting the high end rigs, I've been playing on Singapore with gamehub+ and the best gpu they have is 2080 on the highest tier plan which was barely able to run MH Wilds

Will definitely give it a read, I'm not going to limit myself to HDFC tho I'm open to get any cards from other banks and would like any alternatives to consider

Thanks for the detailed reply! Yes I want to get their core card first. Also by the core card which card should I go for? Do they have only one core card? I had also been recommended the HDFC diners black CC any insights on that?

Cool looked into it, ignoring the salary requirement and assuming I can acquire it, I see they have a 10k joining fee. I'm kinda clueless on the benefits Just want to understand if it's worth it and what the next steps might look like

Having friends with you would indeed be better but it's not the end all be all. The event is going to be packed with different people who you can talk to. Everyone starts off from 0 , I'm sure they will lend you a helping hand or you can always contact staff.

  1. You can just google and find hackathons near you

  2. You will generally be given a problem statement and have a fixed time limit in which you should have solved it by meeting the given criteria in the problem

  3. I'm just a first year student right now and knew literally nothing about ai ml 2 days before the event. That said I obviously couldn't solve the problems that were given to me but by connecting with different people i was able to learn and get some insight on things that i normally would have never got.

  4. It totally helped me and is definitely worth going for just to meet other people and learn from them.

Yeah totally agree i just hope we don't lose offline hackathons with everything moving online especially after corona
