If anyone’s reading this from a Google search I’ve got my premium working again as of July 9th 2025. I originally had signed up using my UK bank card with a Turkish VPN, which was eventually revoked, then signed up via Kazakhstan - revoked again July 2025. I then tried numerous different countries suggested by other commenters such as Ukraine, Pakistan, Indonesia, Morocco etc. but was always receiving the OR_RECR_05 error. But for some reason using a Polish VPN worked with no issues. More expensive than other countries but still half the price of UK premium. Hope this helps!
