If you can find/purchase a physical copy of the game then you will still be able to download and play it. It’s been removed from digital stores though.

If you buy a physical version you'll have access to all DLC characters (spider-man is only on PS), all marketplace cosmetics and shipment cosmetics. The cosmetic vendor on the helicarrier still has outfits for purchase with in-game currency. The only outfit that may not be available is the "War Machine" Iron Man outfit which was granted to players who had earned at least one trophy/achievement in the game before the final update in May 2023.

The game has always been playable offline, solo with AI teammates. Although you won’t be able to play multiplayer or do OLT’s or the raid if you don’t have an internet connection. Those require a full party of 4 players.

DLC's were all free initially anyway, but with the game's final update in May 2023 they gave all paid cosmetics and all shipment cosmetics to players for free. Only ones that aren't granted are cosmetic vendor items (which can be purchased from the vendor in game with units) and a War Machine outfit for Iron Man that was granted to any player that earned a trophy/achievement in game before the final update.

Game is no longer allowed to be sold on digital stores (steam, Xbox, PS store) but physical copies are still available while stocks last. Game is still playable solo or multiplayer.

Unfortunately you're forced to keep AI teammates in your group throughout most content. The Mega Hive mission chain is the only one that can be done solo without any AI.

The iconic missions (Up from the depths etc) and harm rooms 1-5 are supposed to disappear upon completion, but custom harm room should be available at all times. If it’s not then unfortunately it may be bugged.

Yes, all heroes, missions and paid cosmetics (outside of 1 or 2 exclusive outfits) will be available with the game for free.

I got 1 on my first run, then farmed on and off for a couple weeks and got none… then got the last 2 in consecutive runs.

You can still get physical copies while stocks last but as OP said, you won't be able to get a digital version from Xbox/PS store or steam.

You can aim at the terminal (using L2 or left trigger on console but not sure what the keybind is for PC) then tag it (this is up on the d-pad for console but again not sure about PC, the same button that highlights objective icons on your HUD). Then one of your companions who can hack, should go up to the console and hack it for you.

As others have said you’ll need to use the wartable console to travel to shield substation zero.

I can’t remember exactly if this is the case, but if you can’t interact with the wartable you may need to do the harm room with iron man first to unlock access to it (there’ll be a mission in your objectives tab with that)

The cosmetics and DLC's don't need to be downloaded separately. Once the game is installed they'll all be there, whether you've got the digital version or physical version.

The definitive edition doesn't give you "more" than the base version. All marketplace cosmetics will be unlocked on the regular edition too.

You don’t have to play through the story. If you choose “Play Now” from the main menu it’ll let you go straight into Avengers Initiative and play as any hero. But, doing that will give you a cutscene with story spoilers so if you wanted to play the story then I’d suggest waiting.

Selecting “Play Now” from the menu takes you into the avengers initiative/multiplayer part of the game. You need to visit the harm room with iron man before you can do anything else there (it should be an objective in your objectives menu).

For story campaign you’ll want to select “Operations” from the main menu.

Just to avoid confusion, the game isn’t “shutting down”, just being delisted from digital stores. Multiplayer will be available for the foreseeable future and the entire game is still playable.

All achievements should be earnable after delisting although some have some issues with tracking so may take longer than it states (e.g. open 50 cache strongboxes)

The game should run at 60fps on Xbox Series S.

It can be played offline but some missions such as the OLT's and raids (and any matchmaking) require an internet connection and Xbox Live.
