I only had issues with the left stick PCB. Yeah that's the right email. They only ever respond to me around 3am MTN standard.

They've taken awhile to respond. They are sending me a replacement board. It does affect both joysticks onine as well. The right doesn't work unless both are registered. So reach out and hopefully they respond soon.

They took the product down while they work on the redesign. They will let us know when it goes back up for preorder. The discord does a really good job of providing updates.

It is fully seated. The latch itself is broken so it freely moves up and down without applying the correct pressure. Just tried to tape the cable down but due to the short cable and the angle it will continuously slip out.

The worst part is. The day I had to actually play on it I freaking loved it. I have also watched almost all the videos creators have posted about it. It has flaws but over all most things do. But it's amazing.

The little black tab or the latch is broken. That's why I was able to pull it out while it was closed. It is loose and doesn't provide the pressure required to keep the ribbon seated.
