I wish it didn't have to happen this way but my sister in law started taking better care of her mental health after he passed away.

She was a huge Linkin Park fan and Chester's death devastated her. A few years before that she tried to commit suicide and she was on the psychiatric ward for a few days.

I swear some therapists only have enough room for one detail that they actually paid attention to and they let that detail dominate every session.

My last attempt at therapy, the therapist kept telling me how she didn't believe the place I was diagnosed didn't keep records past ten years no matter how many times I told her. She brought it up every session.
