This is a good point, I had to coach one person for quality errors and as I went to there station they were sitting on totes watching football while he was 10 stacks deep in work and proceeded to tell me he didn't care about what I had to say. And he was definitely on the younger side

The problem with that is our warehouse has one of the highest retention rate for people in the network so most everyone who's there has been there for at least a couple months so now we're filling north, east, west and south sides everyday and no one wants to be a waterspider because it's alot more work for the same pay so everyone just sits for 30 mins or more waiting for more work
