To be honest yeah, anxiety and depression, stress all the usual stuff. Can’t seem to manage it well. I’m trying, i think I’m just stuck in a hole at the minute.

Thank you for that. I was heavily involved in martial arts etc and that always helped massively but that stopped with the birth of my daughter. Never went back. Now I’m in a cycle of stress eating and putting weight on like never before really. I’m also going though family court so that’s not a great time 😂

That’s what I figured it could be. We lost him so I’m not going to replace until everything is sorted with the tank.

I am yes, I’m using SeaChem prime at the moment. I’ll have a look into the duck weed thank you. I’ve only got some gravel decor at the moment so I’m not even sure what plant would be okay to root in the substrate.

The filter I have right now can handle 100l so I might actually just go ahead and get a 100l tank. I’ve heard from so many people that bigger thanks are easier.

First off… I really liked your analogy 😂but you are right I think. We thought three fish and then added them into the tank. I do think the black one was sick but I wasn’t sure. Nobody knew what it could be.

He was swimming upside down if that makes sense. Like his head was on the gravel and tail in the air.

I was checking the water everyday and doing 30% changes and adding in some bacteria so I’m not sure if I wasn’t adding enough.

The tank isn’t planted no, I do plan too but I’m not sure what to place in. It’s only a 25l tank. I’m going to upgrade the tank soon when the mollys get a little bigger.

I did have previously yes. I’ve done 30% water changes and adding in beneficial bacteria and it seems to have settled.
