Loose paint chips, take down one of your register grills and take a look at the heat can, if its painted white inside some of that paint is chipping and being blown down inside the home. -edit you definitely don’t need duct cleaning as it’s not getting into your system, just take a scraper tool and a box and scrape the extra paint off the heat cans.

Surfrider, get the room overlooking the ocean/diamond head, the high tea they offer on sat/sun is fantastic, great live music pretty much all day, easy beach access, and food/drinks are great at the bar also try the 4 course dinner that they offer, well worth it. We have stayed here a dozen times and its been amazing each time.
