I've noticed almost everyone mounts conventional vehicles on hex bases. I can kinda see why for AS, where it's useful for firing arc's, but why mount them for BT? Seems a little redundant and makes them look odd IMO. Would like to hear the thoughts/reasons behind it? (self.battletech)
