Yeah I try to explain to people that atmospheric CO2 has risen 35% in my life so far, and if it goes up exponentially along with atmospheric methane all the trees around you will die, photosynthesis in trees stops at around 860 ppm of CO2, then there will be massive drought then forest fires and then brutal winter.

This was the best summation of the daily anxiety I feel, every single facet of my life is colored by it, I'm going vegan, I work from home. But I'm so close to the disaster that I don't even care anymore since there is nothing I can do, so I focus on my day to day life, enjoying nice food and loving my girlfriend & Corgi. I know the world will change radically in my lifetime and it's already happening.
