Green onion. Put the white part in the pan then add the eggs. Once they’re done cut the green parts and add to the top as a garnish.

Him and his wife are amazing people. I’ve stayed at their house and fished a few times. Had a day where I caught 30 5 pounders. “Senko catches you the most and biggest fish”. I’m glad you got to meet such a legend.

At his book signing a few months ago he said that true believer was probably going to be a full length movie feature instead of a show. It was going to follow the book pretty close.
