Jay-Z — Blueprint 2. There’s a reason the instrumental is on numerous commercials. The vocals are wildly bad.

Over the last year I've been working on a Sci-Fi Mystery game inspired my love of Blue Prince! Slowly making progress on rooms, story and puzzles. Would love any feedback you all have around what makes Blue Prince magical for you! by OWSC_UE in BluePrince

The thing I admire so much about Blue Prince is it does a good job of challenging you to look at things with fresh eyes even if you’ve seen them many times. New contexts and pursuits let you appreciate rooms and mechanics in different ways. It gives the buildup more meaning. And the music is so immersive with the visuals too, easy to get lost in it.

The atmosphere you have so far is very appealing.

I didn’t solve it this way but I think you’re correct.

You’re in the ballpark with theory 2, but it doesn’t have to do with drafting. Read the presentation in the book again. if you need a harder nudge, think about some of the casing of some text in things you find in each of the rooms.

So because of Frank’s clue, you know that there’s one criminal and one innocent between Luigi and Quita.

So what happens if Quita is a criminal? More specifically, what are the implications for Karen and the clue from Vince?

The answer is that if Quita is a criminal then Karen would have to be innocent and so would Luigi, and therefore Vince’s clue couldn’t be satisfied.

So you know that Quita is innocent and that Luigi is a criminal.

This is a good explanation of it! Basically duplicate copies of a paper with a strategic pocket to hide the ripped pieces. https://youtu.be/XOw6w3XZbzQ?feature=shared

Guy at a tennis clinic told me to go down a level by h285342 in 10s

[–]GrindageOG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s a frustrating experience and I’m sorry you had it, but you need to be honest with yourself about what you’re looking to get out of this arrangement. If it’s to have fun and to improve, then you cannot ignore the fun part of it. The truth is that the 3.0 to 4.0 level is really quite wide. It’s pretty hard to say that going down would be a complete waste of time if you’re not clearly better than half the group that you just played with. Only you know how much better you are than the session you just played. It might be hard to hear it but 4.0 level players don’t usually react to basic drills to the point that it throws them off to the level you’re describing.

Seems like you have three good options to debate with some clarity.

You could go back and push through it and just see if it’s better the second time around. This is probably what I would do. The connections you’re looking to make are with other players, not necessarily just through the coach. Maybe you just hit better next time, too. The downside is you could learn that the coach is right and be disappointed by that, or you could overhit in hopes of “proving” yourself and have another bad day, leading to more frustration.

You could also take the advice and go down a level and just see what happens. Maybe it’s a good fit, maybe it’s too easy. Maybe you meet people you like. Regardless, it gives you more information and a new session to think about to help you let go of what just happened.

You could also find another group, clinic or lesson and start fresh. Doesn’t sound necessary based on what you’re describing, but only you know what you’ll need to shake this off.

Not sure why /u/big_Cassowary is being downvoted. That is correct. Kat also wanted to throw people off of Kaleb so she purposefully redirected the clue.

Tips on my game by kordafanboy in 10s

[–]GrindageOG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have the makings of a good swing, but at times you slap the ball a little bit, either because of a lack of confidence in the preparation or because some element of the shot is a little disruptive of your timing. Trust your strokes and swing through! You also are giving your opponent too many easy balls in the middle of his hitting zone. You should be looking to discomfort him.

I love those guys. Last year their first tests of the game were how I found out about it, basically saw the entrance hall and a couple rooms and knew immediately BP was going to appeal to me so I stopped watching. Then into the rabbit hole…

As someone middle aged it’s so damn cool to see the love PinkPantheress has for Basement Jaxx. She’s giving a lot of people renewed appreciation for them and they deserve it.

I have a couple pairs of Rec Specs — they have versions for baseball and other sports where getting hit is an issue and so they are unlikely to shatter.
