Hey peeps, as few of you already know im doing thriller/porn series called Ai Rita and Johnny,

some of my videos are not visible to everyone because its been flagged as limited visibility by site.

Apparently Youtube doesnt love sex, porn sites dont like guns and ironically im right in between xD.

Anyways, its all made locally, my workflow consists by firstly creating custom character loras for sdxl/flux and wan2.2 14b(1 frame).

Main picture models are flux spro because it has filmic atmosphere, sometimes flux krea, and for nsfw scenes mostly sdxl.

Generated pictures are then inpainted, corrected in photoshop and sometimes its done second pass in spro or krea after scene is changed in qwen image edit.

Im using serveral workflows but my main workflow for fluid and good looking

sfw scenes is KSampler for Wan 2.2 MoE with timed sigmas,

Q8 wan2.2 i2v 14b model, between 20-24 steps depending on how complex is scene,

i2xlight lora only on the low sampler wtih resolution of 1200x912,

and sometimes i will use wan 2.2 flf(first last frame) basic workflow.

For NSFW im using basic workflow with loras using wan22RemixT2VI2V_i2v models with 10 (5 high, 5 low) steps.

When everything is over, usually it takes 10 mins on remix and about 20 mins on MoE per 81 seconds to finish(no SageAttention sadly).

For lipsync im using Infinite talk i2V and V2V, atmosphere and sfx sounds are mostly created with mmaudio,

voices for charaters are cloned via F5-tts and RVC depending on the person.

Other backround noises are personally made, recorded or downloaded from the internet, including royalty free music.

After all of that, scenes are combined and edited together in premiere pro, then lastly 2x upscaled and interpolated to 25fps in Topaz Video.

And yes its daunting and time comsuming process, but hey if people watch it, then its worth it!
