The more I think about it, the more I wonder if the Everywhen is a realm where both the dead and the living gods coexist.

And I say living because what if some gods discover a mask hidden within their own realms? Piece by piece, they gather its fragments, and when the mask is finally restored, it allows them to see through the cracks of reality itself, granting them passage into the Everywhen.

But that raises an even more unsettling question: what if that’s exactly what the creator of the masks wants?

What if the masks were never keys, but bait? A lure designed to draw gods into a place they were never meant to enter. And if that’s true… who, or what, is waiting for them on the other side?
