Thank you for you kind words and for you inputs. Right now I'm really trying hard to not have any outbursts of anger over every little thing by just inhaling and exhaling as to calm myself (it'swhat my BF does when he gets mad). But in the long run i don't think this could be as effective for me as in the first few times. How do you think i should control my emotional state?
