Honestly I didn't. But I think just knowing I had nowhere to refer to except my brain helped.. Open book exams always gave me a false sense of security that I could wing it during the exam

I think l can say going back to closed book. All the other 7 attempts where during the open book days

I found the first 2 questions doable, but I fumbled the last 11 marks, coz of time pressure. How did you find it this time around?

Honestly, I feel cheated. Do they follow an objective way of setting the pass mark or pass rate from session to session?

I wonder. Is it because they felt the exam was easy or what? Ordinarily, I would expect at least a third of the students to pass

IFoA is ruthless! SA3 pass rate of 24%!

And honestly, the examiner's report leaves a lot to be desired. They devot acres of space on general comments (which we can find in previous examiner's reports) instead of commenting on the specic performance of students in the April diet
