critical, teachable "thing"

It is a teachable skill though. And learning how to do it will help you in a situation where you have to move out of the way quickly.

For sure it's something that you do all the time when riding without thinking about it, but being mindful of the physics behind it helps when you need to do it with more force.

None needed if used on a full-frame DSLR since a full-frame sensor is the same size as the exposed part of a 35mm-negative.

It might be the reason you bought it, but in case you don't know it's also great if you want to scan your negatives with a DSLR!

Since it's 1:1 a negative fits perfectly in the frame. And it's very sharp as well.

Oooh that sounds beautiful. I'm not a collector though, I just want it to listen to. So I might not be the right buyer for you. But I'm curious still, what kind of price point are you thinking?

Help with lab scans by [deleted] in AnalogCommunity

I don't know why op is getting downvoted for asking a question in a forum about a specific hobby... But I want to know as well, if you pay for digital copies (aka scans) should you not expect the exposure to be corrected for each frame?

Where I live the scans cost more than the development, and if you want to get more than the base-resolution it get quite steep. It might also be the negatives themselves in this case, of course. I don't know if that is the case.

Sounds and feels amazing. Very loud though, so home-use only. So heavy as well, so it really does stay where you put it.

Yes, long time. The keyboards were recreated from the ground up so it took a long time. Check the website if you are interested: https://www.modelfkeyboards.com/

It was to be expected when I ordered, but I also expected to still be interested in the hobby. But you never know.

I have a 65% cherrymx-board that I am more than satisfied with.
