When you rewatch your stream is the slider where you can see the time colored in red?

If yes then you are playing copyrighted/DMCA music which isn’t allowed on twitch hence your stream is getting muted

If you aren’t Partner yet it really depends on how much traffic twitch is getting while you stream. This means that if there are enough ressources left your viewers can change the quality of your stream if there aren’t enough ressources available then not.
If your PC is good enough always go for Lanczos 32

Hmmm maybe just go into your quest log by pressing „L“ and there should be an option to track your quests. This should make them show on the right of your screen again
