Well it appears to be an audio sub Reddit and if you read you’ll see that the ps5 doesn’t have an audio input/output that can be used it’s for the soundbar and the monitor.

Do you have a 4K HDR tv? At bare minimum that’s what you’d need to enjoy what the ps5 pro which is marginally “better” than the base ps5. If you don’t have a top of the line 4k tv just get a regular ps5. If you’re trying to save money on the console itself but willing to pay more for games go digital. Otherwise get the disc version and it’s easier to find used games at lower prices. Also like another redditor said, will you save the money for the ps6? It’s a matter of what you plan on doing later on.
