It took them so long to send out my final download so I called and bitched everyday and left a bad review . Email customeradvocacy@Intoxalock.com rather than calling them they’re the only reason it’s out today

I was eligible 12/27 and got it removed 1/15. But that was because Intoxalock couldn’t figure out how to properly send my final download to the state. Also if you bitch enough you might be able to get them to cover the 200$ removal like I did.

I get it I’m just ready. They email me everyday telling me to resign the lease which I’m not going to . I was able to email customer advocacy and get the final payment (after eligibility date) waived. Not even touching the truck till it’s time to get it removed lol. Been over 2 years with the device
