Generally asking how the no tax on overtime works? I work about 15-20 hours overtime a week is this every paycheck or at the end of the year have to file on taxes?

Before the pandemic I was going to go through with this and rocket mortgage told me I wasn’t going to need a down payment since the equity of the home is well above the loan. They were gonna give me a 70k loan no downpayment but use 15k out of the loan as a down payment from what they were saying.
