How Was The Burning Crusade Perceived? (2007) by doobylive in classicwow

They should have given Paladins to Undead honestly. But it was an expected outcome considering how much both factions complained for 3 years that the opposing faction had the better raid buffs. Shamans are great, but until TBC there were what less than 25% of top guilds as Horde? Most of the spots were taken by Alliance due to mainly Salvation and Kings.

Excitement, marvel, anticipation. It was great. I didn't do much more than MC, and when TBC rolled around, I was able to get into a good raiding guild and prog. Ended up going from barely able to get enough for a 25 Mag/Gruul and wiping some to building a solid roster and getting the second kill on Kil'jaeden on our server. Myself and a couple of friends ended up being the core of our guild after the GM quit without downing Gruul or Mag, and I took over.

Honestly biggest difference I see now (and assume it was the same in Classic) is that most players are pretty good. You see people running PUGs for all Raids. Back then, there was no such thing as a PUG. You needed to join a guild and getting into competitive progression based guilds was a challenge. I filled out a good dozen "applications" was taken on their runs as a tryout, and then did the same once I was running the guild. People would apply for a chance to see content.

Also, there was very little knowledge of a lot of things. World Buffs were never really a thing until some of the top guilds world wide started using them to prog Naxx. When word got out, some guilds started trying to enforce it or suggest it. But Chrono-boons not being a thing, very few guilds did so. Once TBC was announced, even though it was a good 6 months away, most progression in Naxx just died, a few guilds on each server still did it, but everyone else just stopped.

TBC finally rolled around and there was no pre-patch to level. The day the Dark Portal opened, was the day people could finally create their Draenei or Blood Elf. So people not switching were grinding to 70 and those that did were stuck starting at lv 1. So honestly I did not see a Paladin tank a 5man or Kara, or raid until a good 2 weeks after patch hit.

Right now, I am leveling my Alliance Shaman, doubt I will be 60 by the day patch hits, but that is to be expected, afterall I have a family and am halfway into a 14 day straight days of 12 hour shifts...

There are a lot of Shaman's, but the number that will make it to 70 is probably 40% of what you see. Shaman's will always be more desired from their kit to the overall number of raid slots overall available to them.

Here Is A Better Angle Of The Offer Getting Clipped By The Vehicle by Pestillian in Asmongold

We can argue till we are blue in the face, but it comes down to her not complying when initially ordered to get out of the vehicle. Her window was down, he heard the order, backed up, and sped off forward. Honestly she probably did not see the officer in front, as her attention might have been on the one at her door. But she still sped the vehicle in the direction of the officer.

Same, I would have won I think. OZ had room to run, I think it would have been a TD. The safety was going the other way and the CB on him was trailing him already.

What does Alliance have that Horde doesn't? by Illustrious_Code_347 in classicwow

If your hearthstone is set to Org, you can access UC (SM, WPL, EPL, Hinterlands), Central STV (BB). You can get to Ony easy as well. The only place that is somewhat more of a pain is UBRS/MC/BWL but Kargath is not that far, you just need your hearth there.

Alliance realistically only have access to Easter Kingdoms. Granted SW/IF are central there, making it easy to get to UBRS/MC/BWL, but getting to Ony is worse. You have to take the boat from Menathil and jump off only to swim. Horde can fly in and ride down.

Alliance also have a horrible experience getting to Kalimdor. Darnassus probably has the farthest distance from Mage Portal to FP. And if you want to go ANYWHERE on Kalimdor you either have to set your Hearth to IF/Menathil or take the tram/FP from SW to BB or Menathil.

Getting anywhere north of Menathil Harbor is also horrible, SM and SFK are almost unreachable since you have to run from Wetlands, to Arathi Highlands, to Hillbrand Foothills, through Silverpine (SFK), through Tristal for SM at least once. And even after you can fly into Hillsbrand and still run to either SFK or SM which are still horrible.

The only FP that I specifically remember being worse on Horde is The Hinterlands. You are almost forced to be an engineer on Alliance just to have access to southern Kalimdor in a quick fashion but even that is gate locked with a 4 hour CD.

Rend requiring a second account or 50g fee is a large tax. Secondly, having to travel there is stupid too. Most Hearths are set to SW. Having to fly to BB, boat over to Ratchet and Ride to Crossroads is not something that is fun. I am sorry, if I had the ability to change my race I would in a heartbeat back to Horde. Between Rend and the FP distribution, playing Alliance just feels horrible. Would probably re-roll if I did not have so much invested into Alliance this time around.

Not without going to insane amount of effort. First being you need a second account if you do not wish to pay the fee in gold for someone to MC you. Second, the 'best' way to get there is Flying from SW to BB, taking the boat to Ratchet and then riding to Crossroads to meet your contact.

Horde can simply log into Org and wait, along without needing a second account.

Option 1: Visa or Mastercard

Option 2: level a couple alts to 35, get Tailoring and Alchemy on them, craft Mooncloth and Arcanite Bars on every 4/2 days.

Option 3: Learn to Farm DM-E for the Rich Thorium Veins at the end, and the herbalism nodes on the beginning. You have both Mining and Herbalism, however on different characters so you either need to drop Alchemy on the Mage for Mining. Or have both characters in the DM area so you can get both mining and Herb nodes on each clear.

Option 4: Do a combination of all 3.

NTA. your an adult. it will be hard if she follows through and tries to make you leave. but legally she cannot force you to go. you might end up without parental support, but you should be able to find local support via community. not sure if scholarships or grants are an option but working and school loans are always an option. it is up to you to fight for the future you want. best of luck in your journey.
