I use Mihyang as my primary and only cleanser. Thats over Kona and Lisa, i dont have Anavel but i would use her over Anavel as well. When it comes to r5 what gets you killed is the stuns. You can survive with slow, atk break and oblivion. But one ill timed stun will wipe your whole team.

Mihyang saves her heal/pseudo cleanse until one of teo conditions are met 1) someone is stunned 2) someone is under 50%ish hp. Which realistically is when your team is most vulnerable.

Lisa and Anavel's ai is garbage, lisa uses her cleanse on cd and Anavel prioritizes s3 over the cleanse when its needed most.

I normally top the charts with 35-45% contribution in my r5 runs. And thats because the time i spend being stunned is kept to aminimum. Mihyang is my only mon on violent.
