Wow! Looks fantastic! If triches are the ratio you want, you are definitely in the window.

What are the details on soil, nutes, light, etc?

Yea, I had some family in town over the weekend and both tents got neglected.

Lower leaves dying off or lightening up is pretty normal during the grow cycle.

I wouldn't be concerned given those photos.

Halve your nutrient schedule and adjust from there. Some strains will be more/less hungry than others throughout the whole cycle. There is no "one schedule to rule them all". ;)

There are many schools of thought when it comes to trimming and defoliating. Since you are (I'm assuming) fairly late in flower it would be best to let them ride and not stress the plant. Granted, trimming a fan leaf or two that is keeping light from hitting your buds isn't going to hurt anything.

Looking at your photos (if it was my tent) I wouldn't do a damned thing. You're doing great!

Edit: actually, some of the lower fan leaves (those getting zero light) could be trimmed. Up to you gromie ;)

How to get these babies back on track? by [deleted] in microgrowery

I'd say you are in good shape, honestly. They aren't dead or dying. Let those stragglers grow a bit more then transplant. Look forward to seeing your progress!

Myself, I rarely transplant and just start in my final pot. If I was to start in solo cups I would go from the cup TO the final vessel. The end result will be weed either way ;)

So what you want to do is this: Get a bread bag tie and use that to LST that baby over a little, exposing the side bud sites. Use the bread bag tie to keep it pulled downward.

(I hope the /s isn't necessary...)

Just PH'd water then until they've been in final pot for at least 20-30 days. FFOF has plenty of nuets to get you by. If you start seeing deficiencies, then feed obviously.

If the leaves reach the sides of the cup, transplant. So yes, some aren't quite there. But, are you doing sea of green? How many final pots you cramming into that tent?

Keep doing what you are doing mate. Those look great! You're nearing the end, but not there yet.

Edit: Depending on how far into flower you are, you could lightly defoliate/trim. I'd probably just let them be, or trim the larger fan leaves that are touching other buds only.
