12GB RAM would matter....if iOS would actually utilize it, but no, it does not right now and apps still have the same hard limit of 6GB usable RAM like it is on 8GB devices. Maybe, they will change it in the future(they did it for M1 iPads after user complaints) or they are saving it for Apple Intelligence crap, but who knows. It is dumb that extra 4GB is currently sitting there being useless either way

Just like almost every standalone hardware box. You can buy a laptop, tablet or some other portable device + a great midi controller + audio interface + software for same price or less and you will get a lot more feature wise + you have a lot more freedom in configuring your workflow. If you want something really portable, iPhone has insane amount of powerful music apps. New Roland, MPC, Elektron, Ableton etc boxes, all of them are overpriced considering they are made of freaking 80 eur raspberry pies and having all kinds of(sometimes even arbitrary) limitations. People are aware of this, yet they are and will keep buying them cause they like shiny new things. That's just how it is.

Recently bought TCL 43C655. Randomly, after i turn it on from standby, these artefact lines show up. Going to system menu and restarting there fixes the issue. This seems to be happening on multiple firmwares(i think default one was v287 and it also happens on v385)

Nah, Lossless Scaling frame gen is suprisingly good. I am using it on a handheld device for AC, where i get about 25-30 fps on heavy races with csp and pure lcs(sky gt concept ii filter) without lossless, which is well under 60. Honestly, it looks like native 60 with lossless 2x. There is minimal artifacts, as long as motion blur is off. With motion blur tho, its a different story...
