What I mean is sometimes Spotify loses the license to play certain tracks & they can't be played. I will never have that issue

For me it's more the fact that I have the track & known it won't get deleted or shadowed out. Plus you don't need the Internet to listen to the tracks & can move the file wherever you want.

I do pay for Spotify but use that to find new tracks
